Crescenzo worked for Consumer Reports, the Mount Vernon Board of Education at Mount Vernon High School and A.B. Davis Middle School. She retired in 2011. She enjoyed cooking Italian food.
Crescenzo was born in 1921 to Anthony and Elsie Palmiero in Mount Vernon.
She was predeceased by her husband, Louis.
She is survived by by her sons, Louis D. Crescenzo, Jr., Joseph A. Crescenzo, Robert P. Crescenzo, her daughters Lorraine Rocco and Suzanne C. Martinez, and her sisters Theresa Douglas, Susan Graziano and Dorothy Manthey.
